Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 No 34067 Tangmere

Unrebuilt Battle of Britain Class 4‑6‑2 No 34067 Tangmere, from 70E Salisbury, pictured at 72C Yeovil on 23^rd June 1963, was destined to escape the clutches of the scrapmen. Withdrawn in November 1963 it spent many years rotting away at Barry before being rescued in 1984.
